Advanced, bold and revolutionary is how Nuova Simonelli describes their latest entry in the commercial espresso machine market. This machine is designed primarily for high volume locations. It’s packed with enough technology to get you through even the busiest day of beverage making. First and foremost is the Aurelia Wave Smart Water Technology. For the first time in espresso history this machine can detect basic water parameters and warn the operator when the quality changes. Being that water makes up the mass majority of espresso, this acts as a safeguard for all operators reducing long-term costs.
Nuova Simonelli didn’t stop there though, building off the success of the SIS (soft infusion system) they have developed a new Pulse Jet Technology that allows the user to create extraction profiles, all of which can be adjusted with the Remote Control Interface. This interface can control extraction, preparation, dispensing, and cleaning. While also allowing the operator to access hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly statistics.
All of this in combination with a focus on detail, energy consumption and environmental impact. The Aurelia II comes in several variations, allowing you to select the perfect model for your business needs.
Semi-Automatic
The Aurelia Wave semiautomatic is the basic model of the Aurelia. While it may lack volumetric dosing and an LCD display, this machine is more than capable of delivering high quality espresso. Being a semi-automatic the machine is in complete control of the barista during the extraction processes requiring them to both start and end it.
Volumetric
Coming standard with a high resolution screen display, this machine gives the barista unparalleled control over the machine at their fingertips. Allowing the baristas to easily program dosages, boiler pressure, pre-infusion, and even energy savings settings. Making this one of the most flexible and consistent volumetric espresso machines.
Digit
The Digit model adds newly patented features such as auto-purge functionality, plus the ability to control the temperature & volume for three hot water preset buttons. however the most significant breakthrough is the optional patented smart water technology, which precisely measures & displays alkaline levels and total dissolved solids. This feature acts as a warning to the barista of changes to these parameters, which can have a significant impact on both beverage quality & machine reliability.
T3
The Aurelia Wave T3 builds off of the old Aurelia II T3 and digital machine adding a number of improvements. Nuova Simonelli packed this particular model with the most cutting-edge in espresso technology; Pulse Jet, gives even more control to the user allowing them to stop and start the flow of coffee at different/customizable intervals. This allows the coffee to bloom in a number of ways. T3 technology gives the barista complete control over the temperature of the primary boiler, the coffee groups' boiler, and the head of each group. While the high resolution touch screen continuously displays this data for quick and easy adjustments. The Independent group head timers display shows independent shots simultaneously, eliminating the need for external timers. This machine also comes standard with many of the same features of the digit model, including, automatic purging, automated cleaning, boiler pressure program, energy saving settings, and much more. The Aurelia Wave T3 is the ideal espresso machine for those looking for unprecedented performance and reliability. The T3 model is the absolute pinnacle of commercial espresso machines!
