Orders

How do I track my order?

You can track your order from our integrated order tracker page. Simply enter the order number you received from us, and the email you used upon checkout.

How long does an order take to process?

Most orders placed before 12pm MST will ship the same day.

Order processing can take up to 48 hours.

How long does an order take to deliver?

Delivery typically takes 4-10 business days once shipped.

What if my order is defective?

Please email us at Info@ComisoCoffee.com to notify us of any manufacturer defects.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we’ll make every possible effort to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

CPS Extended Warranties

Is a CPS Warranty just an extension of the existing manufacturer’s warranty?

No, actually it’s an upgrade to your existing manufacturer’s warranty. A CPS Warranty offers benefits that aren’t offered by manufacturers like up to 6 years’ worth of coverage and *free shipping (when CPS plan is in effect).

What’s the difference between a Replacement Plan and Repair Plan?

A Replacement Plan is available for products under $150. If the product fails, you will be reimbursed for what you paid for the product minus shipping and tax.

A Repair Plan is for products over $150 and offers free repair coverage for your product any time during the life of your warranty. If we can’t fix it, we’ll replace it!

How am I covered?

For the Replacement Plan, your coverage provides for a one-time replacement of the covered product.

For the Repair Plan, you are covered for a period of up to three years after the manufacturer’s warranty expires (depending on which plan you purchase).

Benefits include parts and labor for required repairs on your product and free shipping to the salvage/ service center.

When does my warranty coverage start?

Coverage begins after the manufacturer’s warranty expires, for up to 6 years of coverage.

Can I transfer the Protection Plan to a new owner?

Yes! CPS Warranties are transferable between owners.

Is my product covered if it’s stolen or if I lose it?

Unfortunately, the CPS Warranty does not cover lost or stolen products.

Is there a deductible?

Zero dollar deductible.

What happens if my product breaks?

You can contact CPS directly to file a claim in three ways:

Which espresso machine would be best for commercial use?

The answer to this is highly dependent on the actual environment it's used in. For example; how many baristas on staff? How many customers per day? There are many factors to consider. Feel free to give us a call, or shoot us an email/live chat for more clarity.

Do you provide International delivery?

At this time, we do not ship outside of the continental USA.

What are your delivery options?

Our standard delivery terms are 2-5 business days, however we do offer an expedited shipping option for an extra charge. You can find this option at checkout.

How fast is the expedited shipping option?

Orders that are expedited typically arrive within 1-2 business days.

Do you ship orders on the weekend?

We do not ship orders Monday - Friday. If orders are placed early enough on Friday, we will do our best to ship your items the same day.

Subscriptions

Do you offer a coffee subscription service?

Yes, we do! We proudly serve many home espresso enthusiasts and various restaurant owners with fresh coffee beans. Available in multiple sizes, ranging from 12oz to 5lb bags. You can find more details here.

How does the coffee subscription service work?

Our subscription service offers great flexibility. Instead of committing to a set payment plan, you can instead cancel anytime. You can select intervals of 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, or 4 weeks. You will then be sent a checkout link (via email) at your chosen interval.

Financing

Do you offer financing to customers?

We offer a number of financing options to allow customer to choose the best fit for their individual needs.

Options include ShopPay financing for most domestic purchases and Approve financing for larger, commercial purchases.

Gift Cards

Can a gift card be used more than once?

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?

Yes, you can redeem another gift card during checkout.

Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?

No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

Yes, gift cards are a valid form of payment.

Can I pay for a subscription order with a gift card?

No, gift cards can't be used to pay for orders that include subscription products.

Can I apply a refund to a gift card?

Yes, if you used a gift card to pay for the purchase, then we can apply the refund to the gift card.

Can gift cards be reloaded?

No, you can't reload a gift card.

How do I check my gift card balance?

Contact us for a balance check.

General

Why did my espresso machine arrive with moisture around it?

When we receive our inventory from Italy, we typically bench-test the machines to make sure they're free from any defects. This process doesn't harm the machine at all and ensures a quality end experience for our customers.
