Fiorenzato specializes in espresso grinders. Now, however, you can opt for the true jack-of-all-trades, the Fiorenzato All Ground, which allows you to grind for espresso, moka, and filter coffee! Pair this coffee grinder with your home espresso machine, moka pot, or drip coffee maker!

There are three grinding modes to choose from: Espresso, Moka, or Filter, all with micrometric step adjustment! You can control your doses and grind different consistencies by using the micrometrical dials connected to the touch pad.

The All Ground Sense model is the pinnacle of versatility, crafted for micro roasters, specialty coffee shops, passionate home baristas, and coffee enthusiasts who appreciate premium equipment. This advanced grinder features an integrated weighing scale built into the fork, ensuring the perfect amount of coffee is dosed into the portafilter every time. Its precision is further enhanced by a floating cell with patented protection and an interface suppression system. With a dedicated touchscreen display, users can effortlessly select the desired grams for various brewing methods, offering exceptional performance across espresso, French press, pour-over, drip, and moka pot. While primarily designed for espresso, it adapts seamlessly to different brewing techniques.

  • Micrometrical step – Just beneath the bean hopper, you will see the three different modes on the micrometrical dials (Moka Mode, Filter Mode, and Espresso Mode). Turn the dial with the bean hopper on or off to select the mode you would like to use. Thus, you will remember your current grind setting easier.
  • Flat burrs – Large size at 64 mm. The larger the size, the more of a grinding surface, resulting in faster production. These red speed burrs are made with stainless steel and coated with long-lasting titanium.
  • High RPM – Fast spinning rate at 1400 rpm (50 HZ). The higher the speed, the faster the production, which can increase efficiency and reduce wait times.
  • Modes for multi-brew methods – On the touch pad, you will see the three modes (Moka Mode, Filter Mode, or Espresso Mode), depending on which of the three you select on the micrometrical dials.
  • Multiple dosing options – To grind a single dose, hit the single coffee button on the touch pad for approximately 6 seconds. To grind a double dose, hit the double coffee button on the touch pad for approximately 12 seconds. For both single and double dose, you can adjust the amount of time using the + or – signs on the touch pad.
  • Adjustable – The distance from the fork to the coffee chute is 2.5″. There is a Flathead screw which you can adjust the distance to 2″.
  • Hands-free – Underneath the coffee chute is a lip which the rim of your portafilter can rest on. This can accommodate most portafilters (portafilter not included).
  • Low profile – Fiorenzato All Ground grinders come with the shorter hopper. The total height of the grinder is 17 inches. The total hopper capacity is 250 grams of roasted coffee beans.
  • Fingerguard – Prevents users from accidentally putting their fingers in the grinding burrs.
  • Stopper – A door near the bottom of the hopper can be pushed in to close the opening. This allows you to remove the hopper with beans inside so you can easily change the beans. There will be some beans already passed in the burrs which will have to be ground out first before removing the hopper.
  • Cap for chute – Insert this cap in the chute to clean the residual grinds coming out of the chute as best as possible.
  • Grinds-catching filter – Insert this filter in the chute when in Moka Mode or Filter Mode so the grinds could go right in. Therefore, this leads to very little mess!
  • Cap for grinds-catching filter – Place the cap on top of the filter to properly store the grinds after grinding in Moka Mode or Filter

All ground coffee all happy here

Okay, let me tell you about the Fiorenzato All Ground Coffee Grinder. This thing is a BEAST. I've tried a few grinders in the past, but none of them compare to the consistency and precision of this one. And you know what's the best part? It's so darn easy to use. All you need to do is pour in your beans, choose your grind size, and press a button. Boom! You've got yourself a perfect cup of coffee.

But let me tell you, I had a little issue with the grinder a few days after I got it. I reached out to Comiso Coffee, where I bought it from, and they were SO helpful. They responded quickly and even walked me through a few troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. When it turned out I needed a replacement part, they shipped it to me right away and even gave me a discount on my next purchase as an apology for the inconvenience.

Overall, I can't recommend the Fiorenzato All Ground Coffee Grinder and Comiso Coffee enough. If you're serious about your coffee, this grinder is a game-changer. And if you want to buy it from a company that truly cares about their customers, go with Comiso Coffee. They're the real deal.

Fiorenzato all ground grinder

The grinding is great and the machine is easy to use and clean. One fault is it leaves static residue on the metal piece under the chute. The manufacture should have included a tray to collect the grind debris. Otherwise, great grinder.
