Orders are processed Monday to Friday, with a typical processing time of 24 - 48 hours (often sooner). While our manufacturers do not operate during weekends or holidays, orders placed before 12 pm MST (Monday - Friday) usually ship the same day.
Shipping
Delivery is facilitated through UPS or FedEx, with a standard delivery window of 2 - 5 business days after shipment. Note that a signature is required for most items upon delivery, a precautionary measure for loss prevention.
For larger commercial-grade items shipped via freight carrier, transit times may vary but typically range within 7 days post-shipment.
Returns
In terms of returns, we appreciate your order and understand that circumstances may arise where returns are necessary. Products eligible for return must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
