Comiso Coffee is a family owned and operated espresso equipment retailer. Specializing in authentic, high-quality Italian made espresso machines and grinders.

We take pride in providing exceptional customer service and assisting you with selecting the right equipment to fit your needs and budget. Our goal is to help you make the best cup of coffee possible, and we believe that starts with the right equipment.

Thank you for choosing us as your go-to source for espresso machines and coffee equipment. We look forward to helping you achieve your coffee-making goals!

Founded in Zurich in 1908 by Dr. W. Schaufelberger. Solis quickly rose to international fame for their innovation in multiple industries. Solis relocated the company's production to Ticino, an economically weakened, Italian-speaking region in southern Switzerland, at the urging of the Federal Council, shortly before the end of the Second World War. Culture, cuisine, and architecture are closely linked to neighboring Italy.

At Comiso Coffee, our commitment is to expedite order processing and shipment. Through strong partnerships with our suppliers, we've transitioned to a model where most items are shipped directly from the manufacturers, significantly enhancing our processing speed. This streamlined approach enables us to concentrate on continually expanding our product catalog.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, with a typical processing time of 24 - 48 hours (often sooner). While our manufacturers do not operate during weekends or holidays, orders placed before 12 pm MST (Monday - Friday) usually ship the same day.

Shipping

Delivery is facilitated through UPS or FedEx, with a standard delivery window of 2 - 5 business days after shipment. Note that a signature is required for most items upon delivery, a precautionary measure for loss prevention.

For larger commercial-grade items shipped via freight carrier, transit times may vary but typically range within 7 days post-shipment.

Returns

In terms of returns, we appreciate your order and understand that circumstances may arise where returns are necessary. Products eligible for return must be in their original, unused condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at Info@ComisoCoffee.com, and you will receive a return authorization number (RA#). Kindly note that returns are subject to a 15%-30% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Defects

Defective items should be reported within 5 days of delivery, while damage claims must be made within 5 days of receipt, with the equipment unused and kept in its original packaging. Return shipping is advised to be trackable or insured, as neither Comiso Coffee nor our manufacturers guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you'll be notified of its acceptance or denial. Accepted returns undergo prompt refund processing, minus any applicable restocking fees, damage charges, and shipping fees. Please be aware that the time frame for the refund to reflect in your account typically takes 3 - 5 business days after processing.
