Start by powering off your machine and unplug from the outlet. To avoid burning yourself, wait an hour before proceeding.

  1. Remove the water tank.
  2. To remove the top panel, there are two Philips head screws just above the water tank.
  3. This gives you top access to the boiler, as well as the LCC, gauge and buttons.
  4. To gain access to the rest of the inside, there are two Philips head screws just underneath the top panel.
  5. Underneath the machine, there are three more Philips head screws.
  6. The inside back plate is held in by four Philips head screws. There is another screw that the panel is hooked onto.
  7. You now have access to the brain unit, solenoid valve, and pump.
