  • 1-year warranty on all parts. Labor may be extra depending on the product. Contact us for additional warranty details.¬†

  • 2-year parts and labor on all the machines, unless otherwise stated.
  • Lifetime warranty on boilers.
  • Lack of water in the internal boiler, not just the water reservoir, can damage the heating element. User error cases are not handled under warranty as this is not a defect of the machine. Customer should watch the water intake hose (where applicable) when starting for the first time to insure water is being drawn in. If not, they should stop machine immediately and contact us.
  • Do not use distilled water, purified water, nor reverse osmosis water as these types of water create oxidation with the metals and cause the same damaging effects as limescale. Using such water and causing damage to the internals is considered another case of user error and is not covered under warranty.
  • All water should be drained from internal boiler before shipping machines in freezing weather.
  • All damage claims must be reported within five 5 days of receipt/delivery.
  • Customers should not use the equipment and must keep all original packaging.
  • All defects on arrival must be reported within five 5 days of receipt/delivery.
  • All claims for missing item(s) and/or component(s) must be reported within five 5 days of receipt/delivery.

Any espresso machine purchased through our website includes a 30-day money back guarantee (from date of delivery). Commercial installation services can be acquired through our various extended warranty packages.

All warranties provided by us are active from date of purchase. Coverage includes part delivery or replacement (dependent on location of espresso machine). If we are unable to completely honor all terms within your purchased warranty, we will provide a full refund (of warranty) or store credit (price from date of purchase). Valid for U.S. customers only.

Please note: Our warranties do not cover instances of user neglect, such as scale build-up, damage caused from lack of water, physical damage/dents, etc.
