Description

La Pavoni has created a new masterpiece. Small in size, but big in technology. The La Pavoni Botticelli (formerly Giotto) dual-boiler is La Pavoni's first dual-boiler espresso machine designed for home or small commercial use. This dual boiler is packaged in a stainless steel case with a high gloss finish to separate the steam and espresso functions. PID controllers allow you to dial in a precise temperature for each boiler with great accuracy. No more burned fingers with these cool touch wands!

There are two ways to use the Botticelli Dual Boiler. This unit can either be a pour-in or directly plumbed into a water source (pre-programmed at the factory).

Features
  • Robust Dual-boiler System - La Pavoni’s first dual boiler espresso machine suitable for home or small commercial applications. Packaged in a high-gloss stainless steel case, the Botticelli features two boilers to separately handle the steam and espresso functions
  • Dual PID Temperature Control - With two PID controllers, one for the brew boiler and one for the steam boiler, you can precisely adjust and maintain the desired temperature for consistently excellent espresso extraction and milk steaming.
  • Commercial-Grade Rotary Pump - The machine is equipped with a robust rotary pump, known for its quiet operation and reliability, providing consistent pressure for excellent espresso extraction.
  • E61 Group Head - The E61 group head is a legendary component known for its thermal stability, ensuring consistent water temperature throughout the brewing process, resulting in flavorful and balanced shots of espresso.
  • Stainless Steel Construction - Crafted from high-quality stainless steel, the La Pavoni Botticelli not only looks sleek and professional but also offers durability and resistance to rust, ensuring a long lifespan.
  • Generous Water Reservoir Capacity - The machine features a large water reservoir, allowing for multiple shots and steam sessions before needing to be refilled, perfect for busy home or small commercial environments.
  • Convenient Cup Warmer - The built-in cup warmer on top of the machine provides a warm surface to preheat your cups, ensuring that your espresso stays hot for longer and enhancing the overall coffee experience.
  • Dedicated Steam and Hot Water Wands - The Botticelli comes with dedicated steam and hot water wands, allowing you to easily texture milk for lattes and cappuccinos, as well as dispense hot water for teas and other hot beverages.

The Giotto is both attractive and highly adaptable.

I'm really satisfied with my The Giotto thus far. I didn't even need training. Originally purchased for my office where I have around 5 employees, but quickly decided to take it home for myself. This thing is loaded with features and the stainless steel body makes it even better. Took 2 weeks to arrive. Will update my review if I come across any issues.
